The Caribbean provides skilled and talented English-speaking call center agents in exotic countries. A buoyant travel and tourism industry have shaped a customer service mindset that bodes well for call centers. Some of the significant advantages to outsourcing in the Caribbean include:
ANTIGUA. A population of 104,000, English is the official language and the labor market is largely service-oriented.

ST. KITTS. Smallest country in the Western Hemisphere, population of 56,345, shifting from sugar industry to other sectors, including call centers, BPO job growth expected in coming years.
ST. LUCIA. With a population of 180,454, the government has prioritized growth in the communications, IT and BPO sectors, English is the official Language and French is also spoken.
TRINIDAD & TOBAGO. Call center BPO market is valued at $25 million, 3,500 call center workers, English is the official language, population of 1.39 million, heavy government investment in technology sector.
